The Sr. Manager Digital Marketing is responsible for managing a team of 4 people in developing, implementing, and managing the overall digital marketing strategies which promote the company and its products and/or services. The Sr. Manager Digital Marketing plays a major role in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space as well as driving leads to revenue utilizing market automation tools. The Sr. Manager Digital Marketing will also identify and evaluate new digital technologies and use Web analytics tools to measure site traffic to better optimize marketing campaigns, email marketing, social media and display and search advertising.

The ideal candidate will have a hacker’s mindset. Being comfortable with new technologies and having a passion for learning - while able to figure out how different systems integrate and work together to drive the results. They will need to understand the ins and outs developing system rules, filters, segmentation, scoring models, revenue stages and flows, CRM platform capabilities (MS and Salesforces), and more. Familiarity with HTML, CSS, email deliverability and CAN-SPAM/CASL compliance requirements is also required.

The essential duties and responsibilities are:

  • Devising strategies to drive online traffic to the company website.
  • Tracking conversion rates and making improvements to the website.
  • Developing and managing digital marketing campaigns
  • Utilizing a range of techniques including paid search, SEO and PPC.
  • Overseeing the social media strategy for the company.
  • Managing online brand and product campaigns to raise brand awareness.
  • Managing the redesign of the company websites and client-facing applications.
  • Improving the usability, design, content and conversion of the company website.
  • Responsibility for planning and budgetary control of all digital marketing.
  • Evaluating customer research, market conditions and competitor data.
  • Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing.
  • Drive development of UI/UX standards across the organization.
  • At least 5-7 years of marketing experience with 3-5 years of management experience.
  • Excellent project manager.
  • Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practice.
  • Experience in ecommerce, SEO, PPC, Email marketing, and social media.
  • Strategic thinker and hands-on executor.
  • Experience managing campaign execution across multiple channels.
  • Driven by metrics.
  • Previous experience in a similar digital marketing role.
