Description PROGRAM ANALYST (E03-18-1986-F):

Bowhead Total Enterprise Solutions provides operations and logistics support, multimedia support, information technology maintenance and support; information assurance support including documentation preparation and system certification and accreditation support services for the Gun & Electric Weapon Systems E03 contract.

We are currently seeking Program Analysts with five (5) years general experience with at least two (2) years supporting Naval Gun Weapon System programs. Additionally, at least four (4) years specialized experience in analyzing and evaluating the effectiveness of program operations in meeting established goals, requirements, and objectives; developing life cycle cost analyses of projects or performing cost benefit or economic evaluations of current or projected programs; analyzing information to develop program reporting systems including the systems specifications, data gathering and analytical techniques, and systems evaluation methodology; analyzing new or proposed legislation, regulations, or requirements to determine impact on program operations, engineering design, or security; developing management and/or program evaluation plans, procedures, and methodology; analyzing and evaluating proposed changes in mission or operating procedures. Ability to work both independently and as a member of a collaborative team. Proficiency in MS Office (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint). Experience related to weapons systems and/or Navy programs.

Requirements • Bachelor’s degree preferred and a minimum of five (5) years of experience.

• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees and outside contacts.
• Strong interpersonal skills and good judgment with the ability to work alone or as part of a team.

SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIRED: Must be able to maintain a security clearance at the Secret level. US Citizenship is a requirement for Secret clearance at this location.
