Description SUPPLY TECHNICIAN (USATC-19-1616-F):

Bowhead seeks a Supply Technician to join our team at Fort Jackson, SC in conducting supply duties to resolve issues encountered in the Central Issue Facility supporting the Logistics Readiness Center (LRC). Typical duties will include standard segments of supply management operations and a successful candidate must have a good working knowledge of the governing supply systems, programs, supply regulations, policies, work methods, or other established guidelines in place at the LRC.

Essential functions will include:

• Executing property transfer, issue, receipt and storage activities (including but not limited to posting and editing documentation within all appropriate STAMIS).
• Preparing appropriate documents for issue or turn-in for OCIE for individual soldiers and enter data into the Installations Support Module (ISM) for accountability.
• Defining issues, research data to correct errors and take or recommend action to correct and prevent further issues based on application and interpretation of established guidelines.
Requirements • High School diploma or equivalent is required in addition to at least two (2+) years of Supply Technician experience.
• Must have a good working knowledgeable of Army regulations; systems, programs, policies, nomenclature, work methods, manuals, or other established guidelines.
• Intermediate to advanced level skills in Microsoft Office software suite - Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees and outside contacts. To receive and respond to instructions/assignments, must be able to read, write and speak English.
• Strong interpersonal skills and good judgment with the ability to work alone or as part of a team.

SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIRED: Must be able to obtain a security clearance at the Public Trust Level (NACI). US Citizenship is a requirement for clearance at this location.
