Description PROGRAM OPERATIONS ANALYST (PAX-18-0213-F):

Bowhead seeks a Program Operations Analyst to provide operational support to the PMA-261 Program Office. The Program Operations Analyst will collect, complete, organize and interpret technical data and financial information relating to aircraft acquisition and product programs.

Essential functions will include:

• Performs program management, technical, or business case analyses.

• Tracks program/ project status and schedules.

• Brief preparation and coordination.

• Review and track taskers and action items from internal and external organizations.

• Coordination with key support roles within the Program Office and external agencies to accomplish program wide tasking.

• Coordination of command events, functions, and program meetings.

• Coordinate and manage the program team calendar.

• Oversee scheduling of office conference rooms .

• Composes and prepares correspondence, Naval Messages, forms, spreadsheets, listings, as well as disposing of reports, documents and other materials in accordance with standard procedures; prepares the correspondence for final review and signature.

• Document tracking (correspondence, information requests, visit requests, acquisition documents, etc.)

• Maintains Program Management metrics.

• Development, implementation, and maintain Program Operations Processes and Standard Operating Procedures.

Requirements • BS or BA degree in a Business, Management or "Relevant Technical Discipline".

• At least four (4) years of experience in program management, technical or business analysis; and included in the four (4) years, there must be two (2) years professional experience in technical efforts supporting major weapon systems and components development. Demonstrated experience in the program/project status and schedules.

• NAVAIR experience is preferred. Individual must have excellent customer service and be able to multitask.

• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIRED: Must be able to maintain a security clearance at the Secret level. US Citizenship is a requirement for Secret clearance at this location.
