Description PROGRAM ANALYST (PAX-18-0207-F):

Bowhead seeks a Program Analyst to provide operational and administrative support to PMA-261, CH-53K. The Program Analyst will collect, complete, organize and interpret technical data and financial information relating to aircraft acquisition and product programs.

Essential functions will include:

• Analyzes program requirements, status, budget and schedules.

• Performs program management, technical, or business case analyses.

• Schedule, calendar and meeting coordination (technical and administrative support).

• Maintaining organization charts and training documentation.

• Document tracking (correspondence, information requests, visit requests, acquisition documents, etc.).

• Travel and event coordination.

• Assist in program spend plan management and reviews as well as earned and wall walk requirements.

• CH-53K SharePoint site content manager.

• Coordination with key support roles within the Program Office and external agencies to accomplish program wide tasking.
Requirements • BS or BA degree in a Business, Management or "Relevant Technical Discipline".
Allowable Substitutions:
• An additional four (4) years of experience can be substituted for an AS or AA degree.
• An AS or AA degree and an additional four (4) years of experience; OR an additional six (6) years of experience may be substituted for a BS or BA degree.


• At least four (4) years of experience in program management, technical or business analysis; and included in the four (4) years, there must be two (2) years professional experience in technical efforts supporting major weapon systems and components development.

• Demonstrated experience in the program/project status and schedules.

• NAVAIR experience is preferred. Individual must have excellent customer service and be able to multitask.

• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIRED: Must be able to maintain a security clearance at the Secret level. US Citizenship is a requirement for Secret clearance at this location.
