Bowhead seeks a Strategic Plans Analyst to support the Assistant Secretary of the Army, Acquisitions Logistics and Technology (ASA/ALT) contract located in Arlington, VA. The Strategic Plans Analyst will work closely with ASA/ALT's DASAs, DASM, PEOs and Direct Reporting Units on all directed tasks.

Additional duties may include:

• Develop process improvement recommendations and facilitate quality improvement efforts.
• Develop and manage ASA(ALT) Executive Leader decision points, provide in Progress Reviews (IPR), and prepare deliverables up to ASL through OASA(ALT) leadership.
• Brief ASA(ALT) leadership and provide preparatory read ahead information, information papers, or memorandums at an executive level, as required.
• Maintain and provide content and formatting guidance for specified ASA(ALT) deliverables, and ensure ASA(ALT) equities are addressed as required.
• Assist with strategic communication messaging between ASA(ALT) leadership and other HQDA principals
• Maintain the ASA(ALT) Strategic calendar for dissemination to various stakeholders; to include soliciting feedback and making edits as required.
• Capture, synthesize and summarize key points from executive meetings, working groups and internal meetings, translating insights into impactful and succinct narratives for information or action.
• Represent the OASA(ALT) as the lead action officer for various strategic initiatives, tracking, managing, and editing TMT taskers, as necessary, to ensure proper execution of tasked deliverables between ASA(ALT) internal and external stakeholders.
• Facilitate ASA(ALT) Leadership Offsite Meetings and synchronization of OASA(ALT) efforts.
• Assist with the coordination and overall management of quarterly conferences.
Requirements • Minimum of three to five (3-5+) years of relevant experience is required.
• BA/BS in related field is highly preferred.
• Experienced in in acquisition policies and processes in order to advise and assist with strategic and long-range planning and business analysis.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and Power Point.
• Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated strong attention to detail.
• Demonstrated skills in prioritization and multi-tasking.

SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Must currently hold a security clearance at the Secret level. US Citizenship is a requirement for Secret clearance at this location.
