Description BUSINESS ANALYST (CESAM-18-2064-F)

Bowhead seeks a Business Analyst to support our US Army Corps of Engineers, Mobile District team in Mobile, AL. The Business Analyst will perform requirements analysis and definition, testing, business consulting, and support services for product development. Qualified Business Analyst candidates will ideally possess experience with Agile and Scrum and must be a self-starter who is able to manage work and deadlines while maintaining an excellent quality of work.

Requirements • Bachelor's Degree (Business or Accounting field is preferred) is preferred however additional work experience is an acceptable substitute for well qualified candidates
• At least two to five (2-5) years of relevant experience is required
• Intermediate to advanced level skills in Microsoft Office software suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Ability to communicate tactfully and effectively with all levels of employees and outside contacts
• Strong interpersonal skills and good judgment
• Ability to work alone and as part of a team
• Excellent organizational and time management skills and ability to multitask
• Experience with Agile and Scrum is a plus

SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIRED: Must be able to obtain a security clearance at the Secret level. US Citizenship is a requirement for Secret clearance at this location.
