Description Program Analyst (CCSS-19-0061-W)

Bowhead seeks a Program Analyst at Fort Rucker, AL. The Program Analyst will support the planning, directing, and coordination of activities involved in providing SETA support to a new customer.
Essential functions will include:

• Ability to understand the technical requirements for SETA support and be able to develop and maintain realistic work plans, schedules, and controls to establish effective management systems.
• review and evaluate the technical work performed by subordinates
• Perform numerous Program Management and Contract Management functions necessary to support administration of the contract.
• preparation of Task Execution Plans, budget estimates, travel requests, overtime requests, certificates of service, and contract status reports
• Establish a competitive bidding system and assuring that purchasing from vendors is at the lowest possible cost consistent with quality and delivery requirements. Must be experienced in the administration and use of a purchasing system and related policies.

Requirements • Associates degree in Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, Systems Engineering or other Engineering discipline.
• Minimum of two years of experience as a Program Analyst (which occurred within the last 5 years) working with SETA contracts.
• Working knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations/Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (FARs/DFARS), including Cost Accounting Standards.

SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIRED: Must currently hold a security clearance at the Secret level. US Citizenship is a requirement for Secret clearance at this location.
