Description PROGRAM MANAGER (DIASG-22-0996-W):

Bowhead is seeking a Program Manager to provide full-time, on-site assistance to the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA), located in Reston, VA. The Program Manager will provide overall management of projects performance under a task order. These projects may cover software development, business process engineering, and functional capabilities.

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

• Planning, management, financial management, and governance of all tasks under a task order.
• Support and coordinate the requirements development for software acquisition programs.
• Provide oversight of the requirements, design, development, and testing of web applications in a highly agile work environment.
• Oversee the efforts of less senior staff and/or be responsible for the efforts of all staff assigned to a specific task order.
• Demonstrate good problem solving skills and experience overseeing accomplishments of multiple tasks by multiple subject matter experts.
• Work directly with and consult with client to define need or problem; supervise studies and leads surveys to collect and analyze data to provide advice and recommend solutions.

Requirements In accordance with Executive Order 14042: Ensuring Adequate COVID Safety Protocols for Federal Contractors, candidates should be aware that they may be required to have received or be willing to receive the COVID-19 vaccine by date of hire.

• Seven (7+) years of program management experience with PMP certification.
• Demonstrable experience in managing a globally dispersed workforce.
• Possess knowledge and experience managing tasks to include software development, systems engineering, business process engineering, customer relationship management, project management, financial management, change management, risk management and IT service Management.
• Intermediate level skills in Microsoft Office software suite - Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees and outside contacts.
• Strong interpersonal skills and good judgment with the ability to work alone or as part of a team.

SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Must currently have and able to maintain a security clearance at the Top Secret / CI Scope Polygraph level. US Citizenship is a requirement for admission to this location.
