Description PROGRAM ANALYST SENIOR (CITA-21-1001-W):

Bowhead seeks a Senior Program Analyst to support an upcoming client located in Washington D.C. The Senior Level Counterintelligence (CI) analyst/Management Analyst will conduct complex studies, prepares reports, and advises on feasibility, cost effectiveness, and regulatory conformance of long- and short-range strategic plans, proposals, special projects, or ongoing programs. Develops, recommends improvements for policy and procedures. May provide work leadership for lower level employees.

Other responsibilities may include:

• Research, analyze, correlate, and integrate collection feeds and information to determine when threat indicator thresholds are met or exceeded.

• Research, create, develop, and deliver professional briefings, multi-media presentations, project papers, and write and staff reports for a broad audience that includes flag officers.

• Maintain, update and revise current I&W SOP and Training Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTP), I&W security documentation, property accountability, and system work orders.

• Perform oral and written communications required to produce finished products, prepare and present briefings, and participate in and influence meetings and conferences.
Requirements • Seven to ten (10+) years of knowledge/experience in the Counterintelligence disciplines of CI Investigations, operations, collection, analysis and production, functional services and or mission support.
• Bachelor’s Degree is desired. Training as a credentialed CI Special Agent or Law Enforcement at the State or Federal level is preferred.
• Demonstrable knowledge of security and foreign disclosure procedures concerning the classification and release-ability of information.
• Demonstrable knowledge of the US intelligence community and intelligence cycle, and other federal, state, and local security and law enforcement agencies.

SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIRED: Must currently hold a security clearance at the Top Secret/SCI level. US Citizenship is a requirement for a Top Secret/SCI clearance at this location.
