Job Summary: Responsible for the overall administration of the Squaw Kids Ski and Snowboard School. Utilizes a best-practices approach to contribute to excellent internal and external guest service, smooth and efficient business operations, and financial success of the department.
Works alongside the Squaw Kids Supervisory Team and the Squaw Kids Sales Desk Manager to implement all RTP & Ulti-Pro payroll & human resources administration, new systems integration and interdepartmental business development. Remains active in the daily operations of Squaw Kids when needed.

Essential Job Responsibilities/Duties/Tasks include the following; other duties may be assigned:

Payroll

1. Responsible for payroll accuracy of the Squaw Kids Ski and Snowboard School.
2. Responsible for instructor payroll set-up and management. Assure that all employees are properly and accurately set-up in RTP and that individual profiles are complete.
3. Onboard, Terminate & Add/Manage Squaw Kids Staff Jobs in Ulti-Pro.
4. Manage Squaw Kids employees working in multiple departments and other Snowsports Staff temporarily working at Squaw Kids.
5. Responsible for daily entry of RTP instructor jobs, incentives & training. Must follow-up daily with individual supervisors regarding all individual instructor job tracking.
6. Responsible for handling all follow up issues including retro pay requests, paycheck distribution, W2s, etc.
7. Facilitate payroll distribution reports.
8. Assist with database administration and training of other administrative support staff.

Administration

1. Provide administrative support and assistance to the Squaw Kids Manager and Squaw Kids management team.
2. Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly service to internal and external guests at the Sales desk or as back office phone support.
3. Assist managers with hiring process and coordination.
4. Assist new staff with understanding of benefits, job requirements, pay, employee housing, and policies and procedures. Serve as the Payroll & HR offices internal liaison.
5. Assist with administration of scheduling in RTP, scheduling of privates, multi-day programs and season long programs.
6. Assist Training Supervisor with administration of the training program, RTP clinic set-up and management.
7. Assist management with facilitation of employee recognition and rewards programs.
8. Assist in outdoor operations and customer service as needed.
9. Run daily, weekly, monthly, and annual business reports to assist management.
10. Assist managers with hiring process and coordination.
11. Assist with Snowsports business development, program and product development, and product management.
12. Assist with the development and coordination of marketing and product sales collateral.
13. Provide technical and administrative support for website, video, social media, telephone and other evolving technologies.
14. Issue tracking reports including lesson sales, instructor labor, payroll, etc. to assist management.
15. Liaison with other departments for department technology enhancements and systems integration.
16. Provide centralized support and assistance to other administrative staff. Is a source of knowledge and expertise.
17. Facilitate ordering of supplies for Squaw Kids and assist with expense tracking.
18. Facilitate Worker’s Compensation and any Risk Management reporting and tracking.
19. Assist Training Supervisor with administration of the training program, RTP clinic set-up and management.
20. Assist management with facilitation of employee recognition and rewards programs.
21. Assist in outdoor operations and customer service as needed.
22. Runs daily, weekly, monthly, and annual business reports to assist management.
23. Assist managers with hiring process, coordination & exit compliance.
24. Maintain accurate rosters for email use as well as postal service distribution.
25. Assist with administration of season long programs, book instructors when necessary, and coordinate billing.

Required:

4. Have a neat & clean appearance in compliance with the company grooming standards.
5. Punctual, able to report at scheduled start time.
6. Advanced computer skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office, RTP-One POS and Excel.
7. Must read, speak and comprehend English and possess excellent writing and editing skills.
8. Very comfortable working with children ages 3-13.
9. Team player with excellent communication, guest service and organizational skills.

Education and Experience:
Required:
1. High School Diploma or GED
2. One year administrative experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Preferred
1. College degree
2. Guest service and resort operation experience helpful.
3. Prior supervisory experience
