Education Solutions Manager

 

 

 

Collegis Education is looking to hire an Education Solutions Manager to join our sales team. This is an outstanding opportunity for a career-minded and goal-oriented individual to experience an entrepreneurial, values-driven culture; a rapidly growing business driven by societal and educational trends; a robust and defined career path; and most importantly, the opportunity to positively impact the lives of aspiring students and their communities.  Through outside sales techniques and corporate partnerships, the Education Solutions Manager will find prospective students who want to make the smart decision to invest in their future and enroll in one of Rasmussen College’s industry-leading, practical and accredited Bachelor’s degree programs including: the School of Nursing, the School of Justice Studies, the School of Technology & Design, the School of Health Sciences, the School of Business, and the School of Education.

 

Responsibilities include:

• Conduct cold calls to prospective companies to establish corporate partnerships

• Build a pipeline of corporate referred students using tuition reimbursement and tuition assistance programs as well as identifying additional market opportunities for increasing student enrollment in the corporate arena

• Identify target market via tuition reimbursement, preferred employers, student referrals, career services, etc.

• Create and implement a Corporate Partnership program which provides value to the education partners and to Rasmussen College

• Create a quarterly event and activity plan

• Build an adequate prospective student inquiry base; develop and maintain cohesive process to ensure effective representation of the College and efficient tracking of results

• Recommend and implement strategies to increase account penetration, including establish processing for securing and tracking leads and account activity

• Conduct informational and sales presentations and events with corporate partners and prospective students

• Assist the Campus in meeting designated new student start goals from the corporate market; assists the admission process with prospective students from lead generation through first day of classes in coordination with campus-based representatives

• Maintain market awareness and pursue opportunities; actively seek information on competitor offerings, programs, and market plans to share information with management and marketing department and assist in building an offensive and/or defensive response

• Assist in development of externship partnerships in the medical field; provide leadership and guidance to Health Sciences Department Chairs in creating an incentive package for medical facilities to become externship partners

• Maintain reports; complete all enrollment paperwork, tracking documentation, and account documentation in a timely manner

• Attend campus meetings and functions to provide information and input for operations and growth

 

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of outside, B2B, sales experience required

• Bachelor’s degree in business, sales or related discipline

Ability to work a flexible schedule including evening and weekend hours

• Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills

• Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to prioritize and work with limited direction

• Ability to think strategically and critically to create processes and provide input for growth

• Excellent organization and time management skills

• Ability to work effectively with internal departments and a diverse group of people

• Minimum of five years demonstrated experience with intangible product sales, with high consideration given to those with prior educational sales/admissions experience

• Must be proficient in MS Office Suite, with an emphasis on Outlook, Word and Excel
