Position Summary:

The Digital Marketing Specialist is expected to always to explore, learn and test new solutions that support our clients’ goals and objectives.     

This position is responsible for the ongoing development and management of our client’ digital efforts along with providing input across all digital disciplines.

Media Planning

  • Development of quarterly/annual digital plans that align with the goals and objectives of our clients 
  • Communication of media plan to manager and Partner Solutions managers
  • Landing page and experience recommendations that supports the media plan

Website and Social Engagement Strategy

  • Assist in supporting the ongoing website and social media engagement team – working on social media, CRO and SEO initiatives.

Account Optimization

  • Budget/goal management
  • Keyword research
  • Bid optimization
  • Account structure and maintenance
  • Landing page optimization and testing recommendations


  • Development of monthly reports that delivers actionable insights to our Partner Solutions team


  • Keeps up with industry trends within digital and higher education through conferences
  • Collaborates cross functionally to share insights

Adhere to the appropriate information security policies based on the sensitivity of company data and report any security related issues

Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred. (Business, Marketing, Economics, or Finance a plus)
  • Google Analytics and AdWords certification required (Bing is a plus)
  • 0-3  years experience managing paid search, display in a corporate, agency, or a freelance setting with variable budgets
  • Excellent understanding of the various digital and traditional marketing channels, and how they interact with one another
  • Experience working with bid management platforms (Marin, Kenshoo, etc.), Conversion Rate Optimization tools and analytic/reporting suites (Excel, ThinkSpot, etc.)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional critical thinking and analytical skills
  • Experience managing multiple high priority projects simultaneously
