SUMMARY
The General Manager is a results driven leader who is committed to the development of their people and focused on sales and profit growth. To achieve this, the General Manager must operate a restaurant that delivers best in class Team Member and Guest experiences.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Interacts with all Guests throughout each shift, ensuring they receive perfect food, exceptional beverages, and personalized service.
• Maximizes productivity and efficiencies and minimizes waste by ensuring production levels, Team Member scheduling and sales projections are consistently accurate.
• Ensures the Back of House controls and standards are adhered to at all times.
• Adheres to recipe execution for all menu items and coaches and trains Team Members to adhere to the same standards.
• Conducts thorough and accurate BOH and FOH line checks, correcting issues as they arise.
• Ensures pre-shift meetings with both FOH and BOH Team Members are conducted on every shift.
• Ensures the restaurant is set up accurately for every shift and broken down accurately after every shift.
• Ensures the restaurant is Spotlessly Clean, Safe & Sanitary at all times and requires all Team Members to abide by the same standards.
• Determines staffing needs and hires Team Members who have the energy, passion and ability to deliver exceptional experiences to our Guests.
• Organizes, directs, validates and follows up on all training programs involving Management and Hourly Team Members.
• Accountable for the training and successful roll-out of new food, beverage, and promotional initiatives.
• Organizes and leads Hourly Team Member quarterly meetings to build morale and share successes, review improvement opportunities, reiterate standards and expectations, and communicate new initiatives.
• Conducts Manager Monthly Reviews to coach, develop, and identify methods for performance improvement.
• Accountable for ensuring weekly food and LBW inventories are conducted, and meeting set food and LBW cost goals.
• Accountable for ensuring accurate food, LBW, and supply orders are placed in a timely and accurate manner.
• Follows correct processes and procedures for cash handling, processing checkouts,
safe drops, and bank deposits.
• Accountable for ensuring budgets are exceeded.
• Performs a variety of administrative duties.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
• Excellent communication and delegation skills.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking, hands-on environment.
• Ability to establish and maintain positive and professional working relationships with all Managers, Hourly Team Members, and Guests.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
• High School diploma or equivalent required; four year degree preferred.
• Minimum 3-5 years of restaurant management experience required; previous General Manager experience preferred.
