Purpose is to operate production molded fiber molding machines. Essential duties and responsibilities: Work safely. Perform quality checks, learn and understand the safe operation of a molding machine, pack finished product to specification, complete minor maintenance on machines and equipment.
Requirements: Physically capable of moderate to heavy physical efforts equivalent to frequently lifting and moving finished goods and materials. Great amount of lifting up to 30 pounds, some lifting of greater than 30 pounds. Great amount of standing, walking, working with arms and hands. Continuous mental and visual attention performing diversified activities around moving equipment. Work in modestly hot and cool conditions. High school graduate preferred. Experience in fast paced industrial manufacturing environment preferred. Basic computer skills preferred.
