Huhtamaki’s Manufacturing Career Program is designed to identify and provide new, innovative college graduates a career path toward key business leadership roles. When accepted into the program you can expect challenging roles, in multiple locations over several years. It is intended to supply you with hands on experiences that build knowledge and abilities essential to graduate into high-level roles in Manufacturing and possible executive roles.
Requirements What to Expect:
• Interaction with internal and external pieces of a global business on day-to-day basis
• Engage in specialized training and development opportunities to learn about the industry
• Design and improve current technologies to maximize manufacturing plant efficiency
• Construct custom mechanical parts for unique product orders
• Obtain valuable leadership experiences to use throughout career
• Support in continuing education



Requirements:

• BS in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Exhibits a strong aptitude in problem solving, strategic thinking, and decision making
• Demonstrates a positive attitude, interpersonal skills, and an initiative to succeed
• Competent with Microsoft Office applications and quick-witted with data management software
• Background with Pro-Engineer software is an advantage
• Open to experiences in leadership opportunities around the country
