Description

Successful candidate will primarily assist the completions engineers working on data input, regulatory work, master service agreements, and generating various daily, weekly and monthly reports and general daily support of the team. Job duties would include, but not be limited to, the following: • Review, analysis and approval of Management of Change (MOC) requests prior to initiation. • Prepare and participate in Hazards Analysis Reviews • Prepare and review drawings and/or specifications • Maintain compliance documentation • Coordinate and maintain AutoCAD library. • Liaison support for field Supervisors and field offices regarding facility modifications. • Manage document control and authorize work performed by third-party contractors. • Interfacing as necessary with Production, Drilling, Regulatory, Land, Reservoir, EH&S, and Facilities • Cost tracking and cost control (project management, Capital Tracking) Senior level technical position. Works independently and takes a multi-disciplinary approach to projects. Ability to apply extensive knowledge and experience to a wide variety of situations. Demonstrates mastery of software systems and procedures used in general area of responsibility.

Requirements

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Strong computer skills (Excel, Access, Word and Outlook) are required as well as the ability to multi task and prioritize multiple duties and prioritize daily tasks to meet required deadlines

• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) are also essential to this position

• High school degree or equivalent is required. Associate's degree in Math, Science, Statistics or a related area is preferred

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the oil & gas industry working in a production engineering tech role and a general knowledge of oil and gas geology and concepts of reservoir engineering
