Description Develops accurate and effective manuals, training programs, and performance improvement tools for the organization. Develops training assets, including but not limited to manuals, instructor-led training, performance simulation and virtual-web-based training based on high-level design specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
· Provides accurate, timely training tools and programs.
· Coordinates cross-functional reviews and approvals for all training documents.
· Documents new procedures and best practices.
· Maintains and updates manuals, training packets and other training materials.
· Supports instructional design projects by coordinating print requirements and specifications with print vendors.
· Interviews subject matter experts (SME) to assist with the documentation of procedures for new training modules.
· Establishes and maintains partnerships with managers and others in the organization.
· Performs other responsibilities as needed.
· Follows company policies, upholds professional standards, and performs all work in a manner respectful of others.
· Applies standardized training development methodology and adult learning principles to the design of training materials.
Requirements Skills and Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Communications or related discipline, or equivalent professional experience
· 3-6 years experience developing training materials/programs
· Advanced knowledge of the Adobe creative suite
· Full understanding of all phases of training development process and adult learning principles.
· Experience in developing computer-based training content and online learning desired
· Experience in delivering in-person training programs preferred
· Video production and editing skills including: scripting, scene blocking, talent direction, camera operation, sound, and lighting
· Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
· Good communication skills; demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with business leaders
· Good analytical skills and attention to detail
· Good project management skills
· Ability to be flexible with change and help manage change
