||Manager, Operations Services
Reporting to the Director on the Ops Services team, the successful Manager candidate will be responsible for managing the strategic and tactical aspects of projects to support ongoing business needs.
Summary of Role
This individual will provide operational insight, recommendations and direction, for programs and initiatives that are designed to drive profitable sales and traffic, improve operational efficiencies and enhance guest satisfaction. The Individual will manage
projects from ideation through proof of concept, testing and system implementation. This individual will provide project management support for tests, projects, and initiatives across a broad array of subjects under the umbrella of operating restaurants, while
also providing Operations subject matter expertise. Projects will include but are not limited to food, beverage, operations simplification, labor optimization, HR, training, IT systems, marketing, development, and construction.
Interaction will be across all levels of internal and external stakeholders and will require leadership of cross-functional teams to ensure all programs and initiatives are complete and prepared for implementation, execution, and operational integration.
o Manage portfolio of projects and programs
o Develop and execute testing and implementation strategy for multi-year corporate initiatives
o Define path to resolution, coordinates and integrates efforts across multiple projects
o Facilitate testing and implementation process; marshalling cross-functional resources to meet the needs of the organization through the ability to influence and gain alignment and effective management of the project timeline.
o Able to independently identify project related risks & issues -elevating and proposing solutions where necessary to drive to resolution.
o May frequently interact with senior level franchise and company leadership; will interact with franchise operational leadership.
o Develop win-win business solutions to meet various constituent needs.
o Create and present professional level updates as needed.
o Regularly communicate status of initiatives to company leadership, elevating risks and issues as necessary, to ensure assigned projects remain on track to meet all key milestones and deliverables.
||Education and Qualifications:
o Bachelor’s degree in Liberal Arts, or related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
o Minimum 5-7 years Project Management experience
o Knowledge of restaurant Industry
o Multi-unit restaurant/food industry experience preferred
o Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
o Strong organizational skills
o Excellent written and oral communication skills
o Proficiency in Microsoft office applications, including: MS Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
