||The Project Manager will
•Lead, manage, and monitor the delivery and execution of key IT projects and programs (on time, on budget and within scope) to further our business strategy
•Develops detailed business requirements, system documentation, use cases and design/workflow procedures for approved projects.
•Consults with business unit leaders to identify and define process improvement opportunities.
•Verifies that the delivered products/processes meet the needs of the business units.
•Ensures that requirements are accurately reflected in project and testing plans so that product/project quality targets can be achieved.
•Provides analysis support during the planning phase of the project so that project costs and return on investment (ROI) are clearly understood and properly prioritized.
•Partners with businesses to prepare project budgets and consults with the business unit to prepare cost/benefit models.
•Prepares project planning documents, schedules and plans, procurement plans, project charters, and project scope statements.
•Prepares project initiation and kick-off materials so that project goals and objectives are clearly communicated and achieved.
•Prepares project controlling documents so that an effective framework is created for project control.
•Works with key business representatives and leadership to ensure that updated business processes are properly tested and validated.
•Effectively communicates project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
•Resolves requirements and design issues as required.
•May manage project teams including business users, contractors, and other business analysts• Running infrastructure related projects like desktop implementations and data center migrations.
•Implementation of Change Control/Change Management processes.
•Delivering and supporting Web and mobile web solutions.
•Experienced in working with Vendor solution delivery and offshore resource management.
•A history with working/following Agile/Scrum methodology.
•Proficient in MSProject and Jira… Innotas PPM and Team Foundation Server experience would be a bonus, but not required.
||•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or MIS or related discipline, MBA desired.
•5-7 years’ experience in business analysis or related role with experience in business process engineering and business process redesign
•Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering on time and within budget and scope.
•Demonstrated project lifecycle experience including business case development, user requirements definition, request for proposal creation, software/vendor selection, design, testing, implementation planning, issue resolution, and post-implementation support.
•Consulting experience a plus.
•Advanced verbal and written communication skills
•Demonstrated highly motivated self-starter.
•Highly organized analytical thinker with creative problem solving skills and strong attention to detail Demonstrated ability to quickly understand and convey new and complex businesses process requirements and specifications
•Highly proficient in the use of Microsoft Project, Excel, Visio, and Access, SQL programming, data mining, ad-hoc reporting, query development, relational databases, and data warehouses.
•Demonstrated ability to extract and synthesize data; conduct and interpret quantitative and qualitative results
